Page Synopsis: Nice page with two shots of Storm Shadow discussing his mission with General Joseph Colton. While penciler, Josh Medors, was at Devil's Due he had to do a lot of stat work to pages to make the deadlines. So he drew what he had to and then would scan it in and digitally stat the page panels in, and send those scans in for inking and/or coloring. So many of his Devil's Due Publishing pages will be missing the stat panels, since they were done digitally.

Issue Synopsis:The Phoenix Guard trains to invade The Rock. Storm Shadow takes T'Jbang out of The Rock to try to get him healed. Duke begins his journey back to the team with a secret. Cobra Commander schemes with the President to get GI Joe replaced. And Stalker discovers that General Colton has been keeping the Baroness' capture a secret from him.
