What is the Sketch Maven Buyer Protection Program?

The Sketch Maven Buyer Protection Program covers all buyers in the rare instance where items are not received or the item was misrepresented when being sold.  In any of these circumstances, Sketch Maven will reimburse the buyer for the purchase price plus all shipping charges incurred by the buyer.  See Section 13F of the User Agreement for more on the Program.
