At Sketch Maven we believe that we have the most buyer-friendly protection policy of any collectible marketplace. We will refund your purchase price plus all shipping if you do not receive an item or it is not as described.
What do you need to do?
1. If it has been more than 14 days since your order and you have not received your artwork or you have received your artwork and there is any problem with the order please contact us via email, IM or phone.
2. We will work on your behalf and try to resolve the issue with the seller.
3. We either will work out an adequate solution with the seller or we will fully refund your purchase price and any shipping costs incurred.
